A cost effective off-grid solution was installed, enough for cool-room, workshop use and temporary accommodation for workers. As the installer in 2013, The Natural Grid was an early adopter of lithium power in the off-grid field and this system worked beyond expectations.

Times have changed, as it was hard work to get the system to integrate with the SMA inverter then, with phone calls to Germany to resolve system changes to incorporate self-managed battery banks, but everyone was very satisfied in the end. Now SMA comes with seamless integration with the BMU of the lithium battery system.
